Kashique Return & Exchange Policy

We design with care and attention to detail, but if something isn’t quite right, returning or exchanging your Kashique piece is simple and hassle-free.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
* We do not have a refund policy. All returns are processed as store credit only. 
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order.
• Only full-priced items are eligible for return/exchange. Items purchased on sale or with discount codes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.

1. Email us at: support@kashique.in with your order number, item name, and reason for return or exchange.
2. Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
3. Once your request is approved, we will send a courier to pick up your package at the address provided.
4. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, our returns team will process it within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Please pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the return and the package will be sent back. 

• Refunds are issued as store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
• In cases of defective or incorrect items, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• You may exchange your item for a different size (subject to availability).

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@kashique.in with images of the garment so our team can assess further. Please include your order number and any images of the fault/incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy.
• All items are carefully quality-checked before dispatch; however, as our products are hand-finished, slight variations may occur.
